Conrad Jacob Naef

On Monday morning January 22, 2018, Conrad Jacob Naef, 89, of Great Falls quietly passed away at Peace Hospice. Visitation is from 6 to 8 PM on Friday, January 26, 2018 in the Rose Room Chapel at Croxford Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held this Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 11 AM in the Rose Room Chapel at Croxford Funeral Home with burial to follow at Highland Cemetery.

Conrad was born in Wausau, Wisconsin to Jake and Minnie Naef, on December 7, 1928. He served in the U.S. Army, including a year in Germany and was honorably discharged in 1952.

In 1955, Conrad married Norma Jean Foth in Great Falls, MT. He completed an electrical apprenticeship and spent the next 25 years at Anaconda Co.; before working another 10 years until retirement as a construction electrician. Conrad enjoyed many outdoor activities and woodworking.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Norma; sons, Gary of Denver, CO and Dennis (Katherine) of Gresham, OR; brother, Rueben Naef of Wausau, WI; sister, Edna Yocum of Scappoose, OR; brother, Norman Naef of Roseburg, OR; and four grandchildren, Jennifer, Christopher, Amber and Heather. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; six sisters and two brothers.
