Dear Pam and family.
I'm so very saddened by David's passing. He was a wonderful man and I was honored to call him a friend of many years. His forever smile could always uplift your day, especially when needed. My thoughts and prayers are and have been coming your way.

Steve & I are so very sorry to hear that David passed away. I played on a softball team coached by him in the early 1980's and he was so awesome. We had barrels of fun with him and a great group of gals. I will always remember his infectious smile and wonderful sense of humor. Just saw him a few weeks ago and waved at him racing a boat up the river. He looked like he was having the time of his life. Our deepest condolences to all his family.

I am so sorry and shocked to hear of Dave's passing.
I had just talked to him 2 days prior to his passing about real estate.
Dave has been helping me with great advice about real estate since January of this year.
He would even take time to invite me into his office and look at the numbers for any potential deal I was working on.
He was very generous with his time and business skills.
I will miss him.
Great Falls has lost an icon.

When I think of David I remember how when Donna and I lived with him he never hesitated to include me in his life like I was family. Even though he never meet me before. Whether he was looking at properties or taking his dogs to the woods he treated me kindly. I last saw him 2 summers ago when he came to Macon and we had a few laughs. My heart goes out to you for your loss.
