Ida Belle Serdahl, 71, of Great Falls, was called home by the Lord on Friday, April 15, 2016.  She died from a flu virus and pneumonia.  A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, April 19th at 2:00 PM in the Rose Room Chapel at Croxford Funeral Home, with a visitation to begin at 1:00 PM. Her burial will follow at Highland Cemetery.

Born October 31, 1944 in Great Falls to George and Nancy Price Curtiss, Ida attended school in both Great Falls and Belt.  She married Leonard E. Serdahl in Great Falls on June 15, 1959, and they were blessed with four children: daughters, Nancy and Sandy; sons, Steve and Richard.  Sadly, Richard passed away in 1963. 

Ida was the Food Manager at Kmart for twenty years, as well as working in the Food Department at Cambridge Court.  She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend.

Survivors include her beloved husband Leonard; daughters, Nancy (Mark) Harris of WA, Sandy Serdahl of Great Falls; son, Steve (Kathy) Serdahl of CA; sisters, Georgia Ganther, Carol Curtiss, Nancy Gill, Mary Ellen Curtiss, Patsy Kelleher; brothers, Jess, Norman, Harry Curtiss and John Trainor; six grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Ida was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Richard.
