Kip and I were childhood friends growing up in church and school together. As teens we spent a lot of time together in church youth group roller skating, Christmas caroling, etc. During the summers we worked together walking bean fields, with his mom acting as our team lead. Kip had a wonderful voice that I loved to listen to. Sometimes his singing was the only thing that got us to go one more round in the bean field! Kip was always playing practical jokes and making those around him laugh. I was able to visit Kip in Great Falls once when I was in my early 20's. Among other things, he took me out for target practice and gave me my first experience at shooting a gun. I am sad to hear that he has passed; he was too young for his time here to be over! Hopefully he is enjoying a better place, still singing and making those around him laugh! Thoughts and prayers to all of his family.

We will remember Kip as a fine man, a valued and dear friend, and as a brother by another Mother. Visiting with him and my other "brother" Chris gave us many hours of good company, and shared memories. There is a big part of Great Falls missing with his passing, and I hope that the memories of better times will sustain us all in our grief.
Many thanks to Connie for her care of Kip, and thanks to Kip's family for welcoming me so warmly on my last visit, just a week or so before his passing. I deeply regret not being able to attend his life celebration, but I can promise you I will be there in spirit!

What to say at a time like this is so hard. Kip was such a gentle free spirited soul. He was a simple happy person, always eager to share a story. When I heard of his passing all I could think about, was how his spirit would be sharing Christmas with his father again after so many years apart. To Joyce, Terry, Cindy, and Doreen, we will always remember Kip with much LOVE. May God comfort you all,
Joanie

Our sympathies go out to the family. I grew up with Kip through school and church. Walking beans in the summer and marching band were also past times that we did together. I know that the family will miss him. He always had a joke or story ready to tell you in a moments notice. May God be with you at this time and always.

To Kip's Family & Friends,
Our thoughts and prayers go out to you all. We had the pleasure of working with Kip throughout his many years at Pasta MT. He was a hard worker & great person, who always had a smile on his face and was a pleasure to deal with. He fought a long hard battle and always had a positive outlook. We extend our deepest condolences. It was an honor knowing him. May your treasured memories bring you some comfort during this difficult time.

Kip,
I will always remember your laugh and your smile and the mischievous twinkle in your eye. I am honored to have known you since 1998 and to be affectionately known as one of your kids. I will never understand why those we care for so deeply have to go too soon. Much love, I know you’ll be watching over all of us. Godspeed my dear friend. Much love to Connie and the rest of your family and friends you will be missed.

I worked 6 great years with Kip. We worked on a lot of projects and saw a lot of good changes. And during all that time he never, ever, complained about his health. I had to always ask him how was he feeling today? He was a straight shooter, hard worker, and he was my friend. I will miss him terribly.

I met Kip 4 years ago in the infusion room at the Clinic. There was a group of 6-7 of us that always had our appointments on the same day. We would laugh, tease and tell stories trying to brighten up an otherwise ugly situation. We gave each other support and cried together when someone would pass. Kip went through so much and never complained. I always told him I wanted to be like him when I grew up! He talked a lot about his family, work and drag racing. I’m glad I got to see him a couple weeks ago. You fought a great fight Kip. You will be missed.

Kip could light up a room with his infectious smile and his little chuckle. He was the ultimate "Mister fix- it"! He had all kinds of projects he would tell me about from cars to heating systems. It's so heartbreaking that the cancer won the battle however, Mr. Kip put up a hell of a good fight. Our thoughts and prayers to his family and many friends. Rest in peace now our sweet friend. We will always remember you and smile.
