Hallie and Family,
I'm so sorry to hear about Larry. I remember the times that I would spend up at your place with my mom and dad, Dave and Joyce McDonald. We would always have such fun! I was just showing my grandkids the scar on my foot the other day that I got up there when I was riding the little motorcycle with I think it was Karen, when all of the parents left to go somewhere and told us NOT to get on the bike! Of course we did!! We took off across the fields (me driving for the first time) and hit an irrigation ditch and went flying!! We were sure we would be in big trouble but you guys never knew. I paid big for it though! I would run into Larry in town over the years since and he would recognize me and we would have nice visits about what was happening in our lives. Your Dad was one of a kind, always willing to lend a hand to help.Your folks were our neighbors when we all arrived at the park 18 yrs ago.He was so thoughtful to your Mom,always watching out for her best interest.He was especially fond of our dog and would come over to pet and spoil her.Now they can play together again in heaven.
