Marcella Nora Teberg, 89, of Great Falls, passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2016, surrounded by her loving family.

Visitation will be 6:00- 8:00 pm on Sunday August 28, 2016, at Croxford Funeral Home 1307 Central Avenue.  Her Memorial Service will be held Monday, August 29, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Hillcrest Lawn Chapel 1410 13th Street South.

Marcella, our mother, was born May 29, 1927 in Maine, Minnesota where she was raised and educated.  She attended nursing school in Minnesota.  She married Lloyd John Teberg on September 29, 1947, in her hometown of Maine.

Marcella and Lloyd enjoyed many years in Minnesota followed by a short time in California until finally settling in the Big Sky Country of Montana in 1956.

Over her wonderful 89 years, not only did she raise seven beautiful children, but also enjoyed volunteering which included Ladies of St. Gerard’s Parish, Holy Spirit Parish, Women of the Moose, and the foster grandparents program.  She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.  Family was the most important thing in her life.

Mom was known for her kind smile, generous nature, and undying faith.  Her adventurous side and love for travel was shared by her husband and family.  She enjoyed square dancing, sewing, camping, walking, and artwork.  She was a strong, loving, understanding soul who was known by countless people as Mom and Grandma.  She loved tending her flowers and gardens daily with humble pride.

Marcella is survived by her daughters, Theresa Lytle, Beata Hartman, Renee Teberg, Anita Teberg, and Aileen Teberg, all of Great Falls; sons, Michael Teberg of Great Falls, and Gregory Teberg of Helena; sisters, Imelda Andrie of Deer River, MN, Natalie Ogle of Chevy Chase, MD; sisters-in-law, Mildred Tordsen of Elbow Lake, MN, Vi Jacobson of Las Vegas, NV;  grandchildren, Joseph Lytle, Carey (Tony) Amato, Lisa (Rory) Teberg-Johnson, and Alex Teberg; great grandchildren, Tazio Amato, Ronnie Hartman, Ryan Hosea, and Brandon Hosea; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Marie; her husband; and son-in-law, Ron Hartman.
