Matilda Wipf Obituary

Matilda E. Wipf, 44, our beloved daughter, aunt and sister, was taken from us way too soon in a tragic car accident on April 15.

Matilda was born on May 19, 1973 to Elias and Sarah Wipf of Milford Colony, and resided there for the rest of her life. Funeral Services will be held at Milford Colony at noon on Thursday, April 19th with burial to follow in the colony cemetery.

Matilda was a quiet, petite lady who always had a smile for everyone. She kept her house the way she carried herself; always neat and tidy. She loved to cook. The light of her life were her nieces and nephews.

Matilda is survived by her Dad and Mom, Elias and Sarah; sister, Dora (Tom) and Sage Creek Brothers Tom (Helen) and Mart (Linda) of Elk Creek, Albert (Rita), Ben (Sara) and Peter (Sharon) of Milford Colony. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Matilda, you will be greatly missed. Our family chain is broken and nothing will be the same. Until we meet again, May God hold you in his hands…
