Dwight Manvil Peterson

Dwight M. Peterson, 71, of Great Falls, died Feb. 19, 2018 at his home of natural causes. Cremation has taken place.  A Memorial Service will be Friday, Feb. 23rd at 10:00 AM at First English Lutheran Church, located at 726 2nd Ave N.  A reception will follow downstairs.
Born in Grafton, ND on April 27th, 1946 to Ervin and Thelma Peterson, Dwight joined older brothers Lyle and Allan. They were later joined by brother, Dale.
Dwight moved to Montana, met, and married his wife, Judy, in 1976. He worked most of his life as an auto-body repairman, working at Bison Ford, Acme Body Shop, and then running his own shop for 13 years. He and his wife, Judy, then opened Superior Property Management and ran it until retiring in 2014.  He enjoyed restoring old cars, and the many friends he met along the road of life.
He is survived by his wife; son, Chad (Sue) Peterson; daughters, Jamie Jacobs (Scott Christensen), Jill Harvie, Tami (John) Devore, and Darcy (Sean) Eskridge. He is also survived by 12 grandkids and 6 great-grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Lyle and Allan.
