Jolinda Lee LaFranchi, of Great Falls, MT, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 30, 2019 after a tragic car accident, at the young age of 51. Cremation has been entrusted to Croxford Funeral Home.
Jolinda was born on July 2, 1968 in Arcata, CA to parents David Glenn Swendener and Diji Charline Boatwright. She graduated from Arcata High School and continued living there until 1996, when she then moved to Montana. Throughout that time, she had two sons, David and Gary. Jolinda was a homemaker first, and later assisted her sister Cristina in the dog grooming business.
Jolinda was an amazing grandma, mother, sister, auntie, and friend. Anyone that crossed paths with her fell in love. She lived for her children and grandchildren. You would never meet a prouder gramma. She had a love for all things ladybugs, which she collected on every chance she got.
Jolinda had the biggest heart. If you needed it, and she had it, she would give it you. She was the sunshine in every room and could always make you smile. She made every day a better day. And this world will never be the same without her. She is loved and will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her sons, David Armitage and Gary LaFranchi Jr.; sisters, Cristina Zwiefelhofer and Angela Dunsing; and grandchildren, Daja and Araelia Armitage and Gary LaFranchi III.
