Sebastian Xavier Komeotis

Sebastian Xavier Komeotis, 23, of Vaughn, passed away Saturday May 12, 2018. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 23, at 1 o’clock in the Rose Room Chapel at Croxford Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 o’clock following the Visitation in the Rose Room Chapel at Croxford Funeral Home.

Sebastian was born July 28, 1994 in Great Falls. He then moved to Valley City, North Dakota. He attended Headstart and then went to North Central in Rogers, North Dakota. After this he returned to Great Falls in January of 2003 where he attended Riverview Elementary, North Middle School, and Charles M. Russell High School. After completing his learning, he moved on and started working. He became a cook for Buffalo Wild Wings and moved on to work as a night kitchen supervisor at the Pit Stop Tavern here in Great Falls.

Throughout his life Sebastian had many likes and dislikes. However, we remember him for all the things he loved to do. Sebastian had a huge heart and was an amazing father to his kids that he loved spending time with. Beyond being an amazing father, he loved to make people laugh and smile with his great personality. Other things that kept Sebastian’s interests included video games, hiking, swimming, music, travel, hats, shoes, and most of all loved working on cars with his dad. He enjoyed installing sound systems in cars and working out, but also relaxing with “Netflix and Chill”. He not only had a love for everyone he met but also for animals. We will all miss his charming personality and way he can make us smile. He was a loving father, son, brother of three sisters and one brother, an uncle to four kids he adored.  He was also a nephew and a grandson a cousin, and friend of people who loved him so much. Sebastian was a great man who loved everyone around him. He was tough, caring and had a huge heart. He will be greatly missed by all.

Survivors include fiancée, Amber Benford; mother and dad, Tracy and Russell Demarais of Great Falls; father, Thomas Komeotis; daughters, Emma (five) and Autumn (four) of Vaughn; sons, Treyson (five) and Quentian (16 Mo.) of Vaughn; sisters, Holly Komeotis, Shilo Komeotis, and Faith Demarais; brother, Isaiah Komeotis; grandparents, Roger and Nancy Plasterer, David Briggs, and Tommy Komeotis. Additional survivors include niece, Loki; nephews, Leon, Xavier, and Ignatious; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

People who have proceeded him in death include great- grandparents, Milo and Dorothy Halvorson; and grandmother Barbra Komeotis.

Monday the 21 of May, there will be an Eat Wings Raise Funds for Sebastian’s family at Buffalo Wild Wings all day. In order to help with donations, you need to specify that you want 20% of your bill to go into the funds to help Sebastian Komeotis’s family with funeral expenses. You will not need a ticket, but you must specify.
