Sharon “Blondie” Lorraine Pielmeier Bundtrock, 69, Great Falls, passed away on September 26, 2018 at Peace Hospice. A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Holy Spirit Church.
Born on November 11, 1948 to Carl Pielmeier and Ethel Beck Pielmeier, Sharon was raised in Altoona, PA, graduating from Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School. In November of 1963 she married James Myers, but this union ended in divorce. At her mother’s funeral in 1973 she met Arthur Bundtrock, and they married in Great Falls, MT in January of 1975. Together their family grew in size to five sons, and one daughter.
Throughout the years, Sharon lived in Altoona, PA, Phoenix, AZ and Great Falls, MT. She was a dental assistant, a licensed agent for Prudential and the owner of McCullough’s Wrecker Service in Great Falls. During the holidays, she ran the Home Free Program to reduce the number of DUI’s. In her spare time, Sharon enjoyed sewing and had a love for her dogs and for horses.
Sharon was preceded in death by the passing of her loving husband, Arthur Bundtrock in 2016; by her parents, and by her son, Todd Bundtrock in 1999; sister, Sandra Pielmeier in 1942; and brother, Ronald Pielmeier in 1941.
She is survived by her children, James Bundtrock, Theresa Bundtrock Andrews, Larry Bundtrock, Devin McBlair, Shane Bundtrock ; brother, Carl Pielmeier; nine grandchildren, James Bundtrock, Leigha Bundtrock, Kaylee Schoberg, Anastasia Bundtrock, Eirie Bundtrock, Justin Bundtrock, William Bundtrock, Jordan Andrews, and Madison Andrews.
