During the early morning hours of Monday, April 25, 2022, after having been prepped for open heart surgery, 26 year old Bailey Anne Kelly, with immeasurable courage and faith, was wheeled down the hall to the surgery suite at Benefis Hospital in Great Falls. After receiving the anesthetic, she went to sleep in Montana and moments later awoke in heaven. A Funeral Service will be held at 11am on Thursday, May 26, 2022, at Croxford Funeral Home. The family will have a reception at Bailey’s residence 5pm that day and it is open to all who loved Bailey.

Bailey arrived in this world on July 23, 1995, the daughter of Jeff Kelly and Laurie McPartlin Olsen. She grew up in Great Falls, attending local schools through her sophomore year. Her junior and senior high school years were spent in Polson, where she graduated in 2013.

Bailey was gifted in so many ways, beginning with a beautiful smile, charm beyond her years and a warm and genuine “thank you” to anyone who did even the littlest thing for her. Bailey’s family and Tony, a very special man in her life, along with her dogs, Bunn, Betty, and Bella, were all recipients of a special kind of love that will always live with them.

Bailey loved a steak dinner, provided that the steak was charred beyond recognition. She loved playing the dice game until the early morning hours with her mom and trusted friend, Marty. Highlights of her weekend included trips shopping with her nana, Anne, and her aunt whom she affectionately referred to as “TT Ulie”. Bailey’s mom, Laurie, was, and remains to this moment, her very best friends in the whole world. One of Bailey’s often used words was “awesome”, which she used to describe any number of things, revealing to all her zest for life.

Like many babies at the time of birth, Bailey probably cried a little while the world around her smiled and laughed as it welcomed this beautiful child. Now that Bailey is safe and happy in the arms of God for all eternity, she smiles and laughs while her world that remains here cries at their tragic loss.

Bailey has left behind her father and mother; her brother Teigan and his fiancé Ciara; her maternal grandmother, Anne (Nana) McPartlin and grandfather Jeff (Gramps) McPartlin; along with her maternal aunts TT, Ulie and TT Carrie, as well as her paternal grandmother Patricia Kelly; and aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends both known and unknown.

Many tears have fallen, and hearts have been broken by your passing, dearest Bailey. We seek comfort in knowing that after our brief stay here, we will join you once again for all time. God bless and keep you until we see your beautiful smile once more.
