Charles A. Snyder, 38, loving son of John and Susan Snyder passed away from this earth on March 27, 2021.
As a young boy Charles served as an Altar Server at St. Ann’s Cathedral. He graduated from CMR High School, he won awards for artistic excellence in high school and received a scholarship for academic excellence to attend college. Charles attended MSU Bozeman for one year, came back to Great Falls and graduated from the Great Falls Vo-Tech with an associate degree in web design. He later learned web programing language from an online opensource instruction.
Charles worked for Emerald Greens golf course, Wheat and Barley Committee, Great Falls Development Authority, Dale’s Lawn Service and most recently was employed as a Senior Programmer at Shortgrass Web Development.
Charles resided in Montana for most of his life. He participated in many outdoor activities including, downhill and cross-country skiing, bicycling, motorcycling, kayaking, and canoeing. He enjoyed tennis, golf, and hiking. Indoors, Charles always made playing online Rocket League a priority, but he also liked baking, cooking, solving puzzles, playing musical keyboard, laughing and loved the company of his family and friends.
Preceding Charles in death are his fraternal and maternal grandparents as well as aunts and uncles.
Charles is survived by his parents, John and Susan; brother, Russell; half siblings, Angelica, Michael; several aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins.
We were privileged to have had such a beautiful spark of joy and love in our lives.
