David Lee Hansen 53, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2015 of a heart attack.

Born on February 6, 1962 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. David was a very talented and gifted person. He loved guitar playing, hunting, sports and Harley Davidson’s. He was an avid Raiders fan. He also loved to watch NASCAR with his daughter Danielle on the weekends. They both loved cheering for Dale Sr. and Dale Jr. David's life was a highway, with lots of side roads. An endless journey. He will be missed and loved beyond any measures. Please wish with us David's happiness and peace in God's loving arms. David leaves behind his loving mother, Sharlotte Cookson; his beautiful daughter, Danielle (Steven) Rings; grandchildren, Bryce and Wyatt; brother, Jamie (Jill) Hansen; nephews, Cory and JC; sister, Diane (Tom) Erickson; nephew, Torrie; niece, Courtney; aunt, Shirley (Darrell) Springborn; cousin, Todd (April) Goodin; and uncle, Scott Fuller.

He was preceded in death by stepfather Tom Cookson; grandmother Betty Fuller; and uncle Shaun Fuller.
