Delpha Jean (Gingerich) McFarlane

Delpha Jean McFarlane, 90, passed away on April 30th, 2022. A Memorial Service will be held at Croxford Funeral Home on Monday, May 16th at 11 AM.

Delpha was born in Medford, Oregon on February 19th, 1932, to Jake and Dorothy Gingerich. Raised in Talent, Oregon, Delpha attended local schools, eventually graduating from Talent High School in 1952.

Shortly after graduating, Delpha met the love of her life, F. Keith McFarlane in El Monte, California. Here the couple wed on September 5th, 1953 and would go on to share 68 years and 3 kids together.

After their marriage, the couple would spend their lives living in a variety of towns in Montana, ultimately landing in Great Falls.

Delpha was on outstanding housewife and would help babysit the neighborhood kids.

Delpha enjoyed making crafts. One year, her friends invited her to join their bowling league, and they won, winning her a first-place prize that she was incredibly proud of.

Delpha was preceded in death by her parents and her daughters, Darlene and Arlene Gale.

She is survived by her loving husband, F. Keith; son, Gene; brother, Melvin; and sister, Adaline.
