Dennis John Sprague, 62, of Great Falls, passed away March 8, 2015 at a local care facility from a battle with cancer. As per his wishes, no services will be held. Cremation has already taken place in the care of Croxford Funeral Home. A private family burial will take place at a later date.

Dennis was born on May 13, 1952 in Great Falls to James and Catherine Sprague. He spent much of his life working as a computer programmer at Pacific Steel. In his spare time, Dennis enjoyed shooting and was a great marksman. He shot competitively in the target rifle division in Big Sky State Games for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his sister, Kaylene (Grady) Wood; brothers, James (Dorothy) Sprague and Gary Sprague; and close friend Lynda Brunner.
