Diji Charline Swendener, age 70 of Great Falls, passed away March 20, 2015 of natural causes. Cremation has been entrusted to Croxford Funeral Home and no formal services are planned at this time.

Diji is survived by her partner of 52 years, David G Swendener of Great Falls; daughters, Angela (Shane) Dunsing, Jolinda (Alan) Day, and Cristina Zwiefelhofer (Dan Almos), all of Great Falls; grandchildren, Sabrina, Chantal, David, Gary, Alyse and Savana, all of Great Falls; as well as nine great-grandchildren. Survivors also include her brother, Ray Boatright of Great Falls.

Diji was born November 6, 1944 in Oklahoma but was raised in Los Angeles, California. She worked as a cook and also as a Nurse’s Assistant. Diji enjoyed crocheting and most of all loved spending time with her family.
