Dolores Viola Dalke, 84 of Great Falls, passed away of natural causes on April 29, 2015. A Graveside Service will be held Friday, May 1st at 12:00 Noon at Manchester Cemetery with Pastor Dwight Engel officiating. Cremation and arrangements have been entrusted to Croxford Funeral Home.

Dolores was born June 27, 1930 in Great Falls. She was raised in Fairfield, graduating from Fairfield High School in 1949. Shortly after graduation, Dolores married the love of her life, Rueben J. Dalke. They were blessed with four children and nearly 46 years of marriage before his passing in 1995.

She worked as a purchasing clerk at the Deaconess Hospital in Great Falls for 30 years. In her spare time, Dolores could be found volunteering with the Lamplighters Social Organization, where she served as secretary. She also enjoyed gardening, woodworking, crocheting, camping and fishing, and of course, spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors are her daughter Debra Williams; sons, Richard (Dianne), Ron (Deb) and Gary Dalke; sister, Hazel Parzych; as well as six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Those who have preceded her in death include her husband, Rueben Dalke; grandson, Justin Dalke; brother, Harvey Matland; and parents, Pearl and Soren Matland.
