Condolences from the Robert Harman family. My dad always enjoyed the phone calls from Leroy and the visit to his ranch. The Strand scholarship given to members of our small church in Plymouth helped our daughter and many other young people.
Our thoughts are with you.

My thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad time. I will always remember Leroy fondly and have wonderful memories of him as he showed me his extensive art collection. I feel honored that he included some of my paintings.

What a wonderful trip to the ranch we had, may you rest in peace as you overlook your ranch. It was the most beautiful and peaceful place on your ranch.

When the Carstens-Sourensen, Hankner families were young, we had many marvelous gatherings at my Grandma and Chris Carstens home and the farm near Plymouth. Lots of dinners at Lenore and Paul's home in Mason city. Leroy always wrestled with us kids and was always great fun and company. I will always remember the trip I took to the ranch in Montana with my Aunt Norma, and the couple of weeks roaming the ranch and fishing in Cottonwood Creek. Leroy came to all our weddings - Christopher and Cindy Ellis, Star and Mary Ellis, and Janell and Tom Andrews. I will always have a fond place in my heart for Uncle Leroy.
