Linda Lee (Shackelford) Montgomery

Pastor Linda Montgomery, of Great Falls Montana, passed away on Mother's Day, May 8th 2022 at the age of 76.

Linda was Born on November 1, 1945 to Edgar and Gladys Shackelford. October 2, 1966 Linda married Beverly Montgomery. Bev and Linda went on to have three sons, Michael David and wife Lucinda, Donald Ray and wife Kandy and James Franklin and wife Deborah. All combined there are 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Linda and Bev graduated from Rhema Bible College in 1981. They moved to Great Falls in 1983 and started in the ministry, founding Bread of Life Fellowship as well as many outreaches across the state of Montana.

Linda and Bev enjoyed many years of ministry and sports while raising their 3 sons in Montana…… no distance was too far to drive for Bible study or Rustler football!!

Linda was proceeded in death by her husband Pastor Bev, but Linda continued their passion of ministry, teaching and preaching the word of God with her bold and uncompromising character. Always accompanied by her loyal and faithful best friend Sally Olson. Together they took the word and prophecy of God across the state of Montana and beyond.

There are no words to define the life she led and how much her smile and love, that touched so many, will be GREATLY missed. In lieu of flowers the family suggestions donations to continue her ministry, Break Forth Bible Church (formally Big Sky Bible Church).
