Lloyd Joseph Price, 90 of Great Falls, passed away March 19, 2015 at Benefis Hospital of natural causes. Visitation will be open to the public Sunday, March 22nd from 6pm-8pm in the Rose Room Chapel at Croxford Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held Monday, March 23rd at 2:00pm, also at Croxford’s. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery.

Joe was born in Rigby, ID on July 25, 1924. At a young age his family moved to the Great Falls area, with Lloyd growing up in Simms and later attending Simms High School. In1972 he was married to Meta Olivia Archambeau. They had six children between the two of them.

Throughout his lifetime Joe worked many different positions in the community: he was a boilermaker, a smelter man for 18 years and a salesman for 20. He also had experience working construction. In his spare time he loved hunting and fishing with his family and grandchildren, enjoying every minute of watching the grandchildren catch fish. He also loved spending time with his dog, Grizz.

Survivors are his wife of 43 years, Meta Price; daughters, Sandy (Don) Lankford and Connie Ford; step-daughter, Judy Archambeau; sister, Donna (Ray) Wadsworth of Great Falls; brother, John (June) Fredrich Price; son-in-law, Rusty Pierce; as well as 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

Those who have preceded him in death include two daughters, one step-son, three brothers, four sisters and one nephew.
