Lori met her soul mate, Jeff Preble, in March of 1998. They were married January 18, 2000.
Lori loved animals, especially her cats. She always had treats for the neighbors’ dogs and loved the many ‘barn kitties’ and dogs out at the Preble family ranch. She also enjoyed helping with the cattle and other chores at the ranch.
She was a big fan of the New Orleans Saints. Lori had a passion for fitness, while attending Zumba classes and Curves, she had many friends there. She had recently begun practicing Tai Chi. Lori also enjoyed her little whiskey barrel garden which she planted with tomatoes and peppers every summer.
