Welcome to the memorial page for

Lorrie Mann

November 9, 1961 ~ July 25, 2014 (age 52) 52 Years Old

On Friday July 25, 2014, our Lord and Savior took Lorrie Anne Mann, 52, of Great Falls, home to be with Him. Lorrie was a beacon of love and hope to all that knew her and has forever touched the lives of so many people with her love and laughter. Lorrie was married to George Riley Mann, the love of her life, and was a devoted and loving wife and mother to five boys. Lorrie was a very passionate woman who loved family and friends more than anything and was a woman who pursued many activities. She was very caring and so full of love that she dedicated her life to serving others as an LPN for over 20 years. When she wasn’t working or spending time with her family, Lorrie loved crocheting, working in her garden, bowling, or playing games. Deeply devote, Lorrie loved and knew Jesus as her Savior and was a member of Fairview Baptist Church.

Lorrie was a great woman who seemed to bless and bring out the best in everyone that she came into contact with, she had a contagious laughter that seemed to shine from her very soul, and she had a wonderful sense of humor that she shared with all who were around her. She was blessed with three boys and raised them and then after so many years God showed His sense of humor, and gave her Riley, her youngest son. Recently she was blessed with Timothy as her 5th son. She was a great friend and confidant to Esther Lince for over 35 years, and was an honorary mother to Esther’s three children.

Lorrie was preceded in death by her father Walter Cox and is survived by her mother Barbara Cox of Layton Utah, husband George Riley Mann of Great Falls, sons Robert Wilson of Helena, Christopher Wilson of Great falls, Michael (Kristine) Cave of Great Falls, Timothy Wilson of Great Falls, Riley Mann of Great Falls, grandchildren Winter and Jasmine Wilson, Cherish Orrantia, and Arizona Cave, brother Richard (Jennifer) Cox of Layton Utah, sister Sherrie (Jack) Chapman of Rock River Wyoming, Debbie (Mark) Murray of Barboursville VA, Esther (Jerry) Lince of Cardwell, Wayne (Stacy) Duke of Atlantic IA, Carmen (Ryan) Zeren of Dillon, Domingo (Andrea) Duke of Helena and many others who have been blessed with Lorrie’s love and friendship.

A celebration of Lorrie’s life will be held 1:00pm Wednesday, July 30 at Croxford Funeral Home, 1307 Central Avenue, Great Falls, Montana. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice. Though the Lord took her to be with Him, we all still carry her love and laughter with us and have been blessed to call her wife, mother daughter, sister, and friend!

She will be greatly missed but never forgotten
