Pamela Riggin February 11, 1954 - August 13, 2015

Pamela (Chase) Riggin was born to Robert Chase and Dorothy Maurer in Rapid City, South Dakota in 1954. Her family moved often during her youth until they settled in Great Falls, MT when Pam was 12 years old. She met Bob Riggin, the love of her life, in high school and they married in 1970. Bob and Pam soon welcomed their first son, Eric, into the world. With the closing of the Anaconda Smelter, the family relocated to Choteau, MT where they had their daughter Melanie, and son Cameron. The family moved back to Great Falls in 1988. Pam loved children, spending her life as a mother and dedicated homemaker, as well as being a second mother to numerous children. Pam approached life with a fierce determination, giving her all to every endeavor. She took others burdens onto her own shoulders, never complaining about her disease because she did not want anyone to worry about her. Pam loved the beauty of the outdoors, and enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping with her family. She was an avid yardsaler, and loved fast cars to get her there early. Pam has four grandchildren whom she adored, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and all the other kids in her life that just called her Grandma. Pam is survived by her husband of 45 years, Robert Riggin, two sons, Eric (Aspen) Riggin, Cameron (Korena) Riggin, one daughter, Melanie (Dale) Riggin, three brothers, Tom (Becky) Chase, Bruce Bryan, Pat (Beverly) Bryan, one sister, Viki (Tony) Berendse, and grandchildren Kale, Jordan, Darien and Chris, as well as her extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Celebration of her Life will be held at 3:00 pm, August 22nd, 2015 at the Eagles Lodge, 1501 9th St. S. Great Falls, MT. (entrance around back.)
