Robert Gonzalez

Robert Gonzalez, 70, of Great Falls passed away due to natural causes on October 24th, 2020.  The family has chosen to not have services at this time.

                Robert was born on October 28th, 1949 in Lewistown, MT to Juan and Angelita (Alvarez) Gonzalez. He was raised in Great Falls, MT and joined the Army on February 12th, 1969. During his time in the Army, Robert served overseas in Vietnam and was the recipient of a Purple Heart, before his honorable discharge on February 11th, 1971.

                Robert held many different jobs after leaving the Army. He worked as a nurse’s aide, roofer, farming, meat packer, dishwasher, and bell boy. Regardless of the jobs he was working, Robert’s true loves were his Pomeranians, Peppy and Tinker. 

                Robert is preceded in death by his parents and stepfather, an Aunt and Grandniece. Robert is survived by his sisters, Susanna Wright, Lydia Dubois, Selia Baker and Margarita Gonzalez.
