Robert “Bob” Charles Standley, 81, a long time resident of Cascade, passed away at his home on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2020 from complications of congestive heart failure.
Bob was born on June 3rd, 1938 in Helena, MT to Charles Standley and Glaifery Moll. Bob graduated from Cascade High School in 1956 and then served in the US Navy. After his service, he returned home to his family ranch where he worked and lived out the rest of his days. Bob was involved in the local Lions Club, Elks Club, and was an avid bowler for many years.
Robert married the love of his life, Dolores, on May 10th, 1985 in Coeur d’Alene, ID. If anyone knew Bob, they knew that Dee was his other half. From being bleacher buddies at high school basketball games to being life-long dance partners, they were never apart. Bob is now reunited with his sweetie and their dance cards are full.

He is survived by his three children Zoe Juden, Donna Milner and Scott Milner; his 5 grandchildren and his 8 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife Dolores Standley; his parents Charles and Glaifery Standley; and his two sisters Beverley Hastings and Charlotte Cummings.
A joint graveside service will be held on April 19th at 2pm for Robert and Dolores Standley at Hillside Cemetery in Cascade with a reception following at Wedsworth Hall in Cascade.
