Thad O'Neal Kelly

Thad O’Neal Kelly, 57, of Great Falls, passed away on Monday, October 26, 2020 after battling cancer and kidney failure for years.  He was a fighter through it all and never let it get him down.  A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 5th at 11:00 AM in the Rose Room Chapel at Croxford Funeral Home, with Burial to follow at the Montana State Veterans Cemetery at Fort Harrison in Helena. 

Born on July 19, 1963 in Roundup, MT, after completing high school he joined the U.S. Marine Corps, serving proudly.  He married Elsa Ward, started a family, and they remained together until his death. 

He was a loving father and always made the small moments with his children special.  He loved and cherished them more than life itself.  After his stint in the Marines, he became a firefighter, volunteered at the local mission and enjoyed helping with Boy Scouts. He did it all.  Kelly, as he liked to be called, was always kind and loving and worked his way into many hearts.  He was a beloved husband, cherished father, grandparent, uncle and brother.  He will be truly missed.  This world will never be the same with his absence.
