She was a very treasured and appreciated friend to us over the many years since 1969 when we moved in next door to them in Rudyard. Many fond memories from then and our continued visits at Swan, Stanford and GFT. Looking forward to seeing you on Friday. Sending our sincere condolences and prayers.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your beloved Joan and I'll be thinking of all of you this weekend. Joan was always very kind to me when we crossed paths in MN, and I'll miss chatting with her. I'm glad you have special memories to treasure and this time together to celebrate her life.
