We are very saddened by the news of Davids'passing. Having worked beside David for many years, he was not only my best friend but also like a brother to me. Dave taught me SO much, both about work and about life, I carry these things with me in my life today. I feel extremely fortunate that Dave was a part of my life. The great memories we have Dave will never be forgotten!
