James “Jimmy Joe” Nava, 24, of Billings, MT passed away tragically in a car accident on July 30, 2015. A Funeral Liturgy will be held Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Great Falls. A Vigil will be held Tuesday evening, August 4, 2015 in the Rose Room Chapel at Croxford Funeral Home from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Rosary from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Jimmy Joe was born on December 7, 1990 in Billings, MT to Victor Nava and Gina Morsette. He grew up in Great Falls and attended Great Falls High School. He spent his working life in construction, both as a laborer and a concrete worker.

Jimmy Joe loved the outdoors, enjoying hunting and fishing. He was a man of many hobbies; working on his cars, drawing, gardening and cruising while listening to Mexican music. Jimmie Joe was a loyal fan of the Raider Nation, and a huge Los Angeles Lakers fan. More than anything he loved his time with his Uncle Mona, being around his loving family and friends, as well as his special friend Marisol Sanchez.

He is survived by his parents; sisters, Amy Moncada-Hill, Tanya, Jessie, Prima, Victoria (Joe), Lourelia Martin, and Misstery Lamere, all of Billings, MT; brothers, Timmy Sr. and Victor Jr. of Billings, MT, Tony and Nate of Great Falls, MT; grandmother, Peggy Morsette; numerous aunts and uncles; 18 nephews; 10 nieces, ALL whom he adored dearly.

Those who have preceded him in death include Agapito Nava, Jessie Nava, Anthony Morsette, Sparky, and numerous family members.
