Lorraine Mae Letz, 73, of Great Falls passed away on December 20, 2014 at a local care facility from natural causes. No services have been planned at this time and burial is scheduled for a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Croxford Funeral Home.

Lorraine was born on May 5, 1941 in Havre to parents Tony DuBois and Pearl Ekblad. She attended school in Havre and later attended the Great Falls Vocational and Technical College, where she earned a diploma as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant. This afforded here a position as a CNA throughout parts of her life. In addition to caring for others, she proudly took on the privileged position of Homemaker for her husband and family.

She had a love for family and friends that was obvious to all who met her. Between bingo, traveling, and Native American events, Lorraine always made time for her beautiful grandkids, family and friends.

Survived in death are her two sons, Bruce and Brian Lawhon; brothers, Bruce and Dean Ekblad; sisters, Mona Ekblad; and numerous nieces, cousin, and aunts.

Those who preceded Lorraine in death are her first husband, Leonard Lawhon; 2nd husband, George Letz; her parents; sister, Marianne McCard; uncle, Phillip Denny; grandfather, Pete Denny; grandmother, Bessie Denny.
