Robert (Rob) Oster, known to his many customers as “The Schwan’s Man”, passed away on September 24, 2014 at the age of 54. His family wishes you not to remember him with sadness but remember his smile and laughter and pass along his kindness and compassion to others.

Rob was born in Great Falls on March 10, 1960 to Walter and Phyllis Oster. Prior to becoming a route manager for Schwan’s, he worked in construction. He enjoyed spending time with his family, fly fishing, gathering firewood and beekeeping.

Rob is survived by his wife, Kim (Rossmiller) Oster; daughters, Savannah (Colton) Wootan and Kinzi (Zach) Campbell; son, Jayd Oster; sister, Paula (Dave) Pedersen; brothers, John Oster and Tom (Rose) Shively; and grandson, Flint Campbell.
