Robert J Urry, 56, of Great Falls, passed away at his residence after a brief battle with cancer, surrounded by his loving family on Monday, June 8, 2015. The Funeral service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located at 1401 9th St NW, on Thursday, June 11 at 11:00 a.m. with a visitation one hour prior to service. Burial will take place at Highland Cemetery following the service.

Rob was born on September 5, 1958 to parents Renn Urry and Lois Heaps in Salt Lake City, UT but would later move to Escondido, CA where he was raised and attended Orange Glen High School. He moved to Great Falls after he married the love of his life, Diana Ford in 2007. Together they have 3 daughters and 7 sons.

Rob spent much of his life on the open roads as a truck driver. He enjoyed baseball, NHRA Drag Racing, Popeye Cartoons, and Celtic Women music. As a devoted member at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, he served a mission in England from 1980 to 1982. A devoted husband, loving father, and dear friend; Rob will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived in death by his wife Diana; mother, Lois; daughters, Haley and Madi Ford, Georgia McCard Urry; daughter-in-law, Marypaz Urry; sons, Jonathan, Daniel, Benjamin, James, and Samuel Urry, Taylor and Lucas Ford; sister, Renda Urry Crismon; brothers, Jeffrey and Mark Urry.

Rob was preceded in death by his father Renn Urry and brother Kendal Urry.
