“The glory of gardening: hands in the dirt, head in the sun, heart with nature. To nurture a garden is to feed not just the body, but the soul.” A quote from Alfred Austin, but something Sara Williams would probably agree with. She loved to spend time gardening. Gardening and sewing. Creating and nurturing, all with her sweet dog Tilly by her side.

At 85 she was called home on September 13th, joining her beloved Richard Lee Williams and Linda Ann Parsley. She leaves behind her daughters; Colleen Longmuir, Sandy Phelps, Lois Kalberer, Sharon Tucker, and Anne Williams. As well as 17 grandchildren and 7 ½ great-grandchildren. All of whom will cherish her memory and look forward to one day being reunited with the one they called “Mom”.
